What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vacation Rental Property Maintenance position at Gertrude Property Rentals?
Siesta Key Vacation Rental Maintenance - We're adding a new member! Daytime schedule, 20 - 40 hours, Mon - Fri and some weekends. Small team, positive environment, steady work, plus mandatory advancement. Competitive "1099" pay between $20 and $30 an hour. Geo fencing based time clock.
Duties
- Home maintenance including cable, appliance, landscaping, pools, cleaning, and locks.
- Home improvements, both repairs and minor remodels.
- Supply rental homes including inventory inspection and missing item replacement.
- Guest services and support, both complaints and compliments.
- Property landscape and exterior design.
- If qualified – minor plumbing, electrical, appliances, flooring, paint, drywall, trim carpentry, and HVAC.
- Once in a while some dirty cleanup, snaking, and plunging.
Applicant Must Have
Two years of steady employment with the same employer, valid driver’s license, working vehicle, ability to stay busy and focused when alone or in a group, be a good coworker, and be someone who shows up on time and does what they say they will. These Skills are a Plus
- Plumbing, electrical, appliances, flooring, paint, drywall, trim carpentry, and HVAC.
- Creative experience including design, fine art, graphics and decorating.
- Tour and course operator experience including fishing, yoga, kayak and paddle board.
- Musical (in public) background with acoustic guitar or Afro-Cuban percussion.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
