Responsibilities- Perform residential cleaning services (regular, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out)
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas according to company standards
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled appointments
- Work efficiently as part of a 2-person team
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not required — training provided)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
