Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and laundry rooms
- Use specialized equipment and cleaning products to ensure floors are cared for properly, including carpet cleaning and floor maintenance
- Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to promote health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with each visit
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficiency during each shift
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to guarantee all areas meet company standards for quality and sanitation
Qualifications
- Proven and prior residential cleaning experience preferred; at least three years and references
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including carpet care, floor care, sanitation practices
- Reliable and detail-oriented cleaners
- Professional communication and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, scrubbing, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation to reach multiple client locations throughout the day
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
