What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a heavy focus on researching and contacting new organizations that align with The Classic Center’s target markets, with emphasis on associations, corporate events, and sports/arena business
- As a Salesperson, your market segments will consist of the following.
- 1-Day and small meetings (125 attendees or less)
- Public shows and trade shows
- Small recurring social events
- Churches
- Build relationships and engage with a diverse range of customers
- Support the sales team with promotional materials, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Manage client communications and ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to handoff
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in our sales systems
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members on internal processes
- Participate in networking activities and represent The Classic Center in the community
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and exceed sales targets
