Resident Activities Assistant – Memory Care
Part‑Time | Every Other Weekend | 1pm–4pm

🌿 What You’ll Do
Support daily activities that match residents’ interests, abilities, and needs
Lead and assist with group programs, 1:1 visits, and spontaneous engagement
Create fun, purposeful experiences for Memory Care residents
Help during mealtimes alongside our Resident Assistant team
Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Manager and support additional tasks as needed

Experience in activities, caregiving, or senior living is helpful but not required
Strong communication skills and a warm, patient approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Organized, dependable, and comfortable adapting to changing resident needs
Willingness to work every other weekend and attend occasional events
