Schedule: Every 4th Weekend (9am-5pm) and 1 day a week (8am-5pm)
Your Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that creates a warm, inviting experience for everyone who walks through our doors. From greeting residents and guests to supporting our team with daily administrative tasks, your presence will make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls with care, transfer appropriately, and take messages
- Assist with correspondence and reports to support various departments
- Help coordinate special events and step in during urgent staffing needs
- Communicate respectfully with residents and their loved ones
- Collaborate with management and offer assistance where needed
- Take on other tasks that help our team run smoothly
