What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Facility Supervisor - Burr Park position at The City of Dalton?
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing Part-Time Facility Supervisor for Burr Park. Burr Park is home to many community events. This person will be able to enjoy park events while overseeing and enforcing park policies, facility cleanliness, providing quality customer service, and being the facility’s point of contact for each event.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make sure to be onsite for all events to ensure they are executed properly.
- Enforce park policy and procedures
- Event set up and break down;
- Assures the highest quality service
- Maintains logs and records and provides reports as required.
- Maintains the inventory of equipment and supplies
- Ensures all cleaning is coordinated, produced, and executed in a professional manner.
- Follow up after each event with pictures and turn-in any reports needed.
