Key Responsibilities
- Delivers specific delegated Pharmacy Operations tasks assigned by a supervisor.
- Completes day-to-day Pharmacy Call Center.
- Proficient in all basic customer service areas.
- Tasks are of moderate complexity, and may need guidance to complete more complex requests.
- Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
- Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
- Microsoft Office;
- Basic Analysis Skills.
- High School Diploma
- Pharmacy Tech License, Preferred.
