Our people make all the difference in our success. We are looking for engineer to develop, optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. In this role you will support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. This role requires working with both onsite and offshore team members in properly defining scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria. 

We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst – Functional & Automation to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce applications, working closely with US and India-based stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining QA strategy, leading functional and automation testing initiatives, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring high-quality, scalable releases across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Testing: Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing

• Test Design & Execution: Create and execute test cases based on requirements

• Automation Tools: Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, playwright using java script(added advantage) (BDD frameworks)

• Defect Management: Logging, tracking, and resolution support, JIRA, zephyr, ALM

• Agile Process: Sprint Planning, Grooming, Stand-ups

• Reporting: Test reports, dashboards, and execution tracking

• Continuous Improvement: QA best practices & CI/CD integration

Required Skills:

• 3 Years QA Experience (Functional Automation)

• Automation Tool (Mandatory): Selenium / any equivalent

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile

• Good Analytical & Communication Skills

Good to Have:

• Handson experience in Enterprise Applications

• Pega Technologies

• US Healthcare Domain

• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins / Azure DevOps
