We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workstream Specialist/Analyst (focus on the Source to Pay process) to join our global ERP digital transformation team. The successful candidate will support the Source to Pay Workstream Lead in reviewing and designing future state business processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
This is an individual contributor role.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance or Business Management) is required. CMA, CPA or MBA preferred. Eight to ten years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, business management, or equivalent. Demonstrate understanding of accounting principles and Church accounting systems. Must operate a personal computer and have knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet; in particular, Excel and Microsoft Word. Must be able to learn new software. This position usually reports to a Finance Manager or Controller. This is the most senior skill level without direct supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Review, Design, and Functional Configuration: Support the Workstream Lead in reviewing future state business processes and designing new business process workflows as required. Create functional designs, perform module configuration, and assist in identifying, solutioning, and prioritizing gaps that will be addressed through customizations or process workarounds.
- Requirements Management and Testing: Assist in defining, reviewing, prioritizing, and maintaining business requirements. Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing purposes. Test the system and resolve differences between expected and actual results.
- Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, functional designs, and testing results. Ensure that all testing activities adhere to quality standards and best practices.
- Data Cleansing and Migration Preparation: Audit and clean existing product data for accuracy and completeness. Prepare catalog content for migration from legacy systems to the new system while maintaining data integrity. Assist in validating data throughout the conversion process.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work closely with team members involved in defining business processes to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation. Identify opportunities for improving business processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Communication, and Change Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Provide input into change management deliverables to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
- Supporting the Workstream Lead in reviewing and designing future-state business processes that align with the project’s goals and requirements.
- Navigating complex system configurations while aligning with business requirements.
- Supporting system testing and ensuring that all functional designs and configurations are properly validated.
- Managing RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) log, process risk and controls, resolving issues, and managing workload within a dynamic project timeline.
- Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth communication and timely sharing of information.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in business analysis, process design, or a related role, preferably in a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding and experience in indirect procurement and purchasing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and business analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Business Analysis or related fields.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Masters degree
