Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager ensures that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with CSC contract expectations. This individual is responsible for assisting the Director of Prevention Services with creating and updating Healthy Beginnings Program quality assurance policies and development of supporting processes. The QA Manager will also perform audit controls in order to meet Healthy Start requirements, as well as, identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the Entry Agency program operations.
Here’s what the job involves:
- Lead and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives to drive program effectiveness and compliance
- Monitor QA systems, analyze performance data, and report key metrics and trends to leadership
- Develop, update, and enforce QA policies, procedures, and audit processes in alignment with contractual and organizational standards
- Partner with service teams to interpret data, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve outcomes and service delivery
- Oversee data collection, entry, and reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to stakeholders and contract partners
- Supervise, coach, and support staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and corrective action planning
- Ensure staff and program compliance with required trainings, documentation standards, and quality benchmarks
- Represent the program in meetings, trainings, and community presentations while supporting a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Business or related Human Services field required

Minimum one (1) year of Quality Assurance direct work experience and QA systems, regulations, guidelines, and associated standards.

Must possess excellent communication skills.

Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision

Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required.
