Position Overview:
The Social Emotional Supports (SES) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the development and coordination of the Early Childhood SES program in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. The SES Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for the overall management of assigned program, including but not limited to daily operations; fiscal management; staffing and supervision, and the provision of quality services for the Early Childhood SES program.
Here’s what the job involves:

Provide reflective supervision, clinical oversight, and ongoing coaching for SES Coaches and Family Engagement Specialists.

Support staff in implementing evidence-based frameworks—including Circle of Security and Conscious Discipline—across interventions with children, families, and educators.

Lead program development efforts, including workflow design, protocol creation, and quality standards to ensure effective service delivery.

Monitor fidelity of therapeutic practices, documentation, and behavior support plans to maintain compliance with licensing, contract, and organizational requirements.

Facilitate case reviews, team meetings, onboarding, and professional development to strengthen staff skills, promote well-being, and ensure alignment with program goals.

Provide consultation on trauma-informed care, attachment-based interventions, and culturally responsive practices, including support for complex cases.

Build collaborative relationships with childcare centers and external partners while fostering a positive, inclusive, and resilient program culture.

Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations, corrective actions, and supervision documentation, while ensuring accuracy of data, reports, and outcome monitoring.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a mental health-related field required.

3 years of supervisory experience

At least 1 year of childcare or relevant experience

License preferred (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)

Qualified Clinical Supervisor preferred

Bilingual (Spanish and/or Creole) preferred

Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record required
