Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, 8-430 M-F.
Summary:
The Clinical Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting healthcare professionals by troubleshooting, supporting and reinforcing best practice as it pertains to the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role provides end-user support and collaborates with IT and clinical teams to improve workflows and system efficiency.
Other information:
Required:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a clinical field or sufficient experience in a clinical setting commensurate with education
- Experience working with Epic EHR systems in a clinical or IT support capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support healthcare professionals with varying levels of technical expertise
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred:
- Epic certification(s) in relevant modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Wisdom, Phoenix, MyChart)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data security best practices
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Use of personal mobile phone and reliable home internet are required.
- Analyst positions in IT are fixed salary; work may be required outside normal, daytime business hours (i.e., on-call support, system implementations, emergency outages, etc.).
- Agreement to COA IT Remote Work Procedure required.
- Hybrid work schedule
