Summary
We are seeking a Recruiter to represent our Care Management Services program. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional who enjoys connecting with the community and building relationships. This role involves visiting schools, shelters, hospitals, and clinics throughout the Bronx to raise awareness about the services we offer and help individuals access support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to schools, shelters, hospitals, clinics, and other community-based organizations in the Bronx.
- Educate community members and providers about Care Management Services offered by The Children's Circle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and partner organizations.
- Distribute informational materials and represent the organization at community events.
- Track outreach efforts and provide regular reports to the program manager.
- Assist individuals and families with information on how to connect to Care Management Services.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience as a care manager or in the field of care management
- Previous experience in outreach, community engagement, social services, or a related field
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the Bronx.
- Knowledge of community resources and services in New York City
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
