Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for handling day-to-day recruitment activities including healthcare staffing, hiring new talent, and ensuring that the staffing needs of the organization are met. The role requires developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position is based in Bronx, NY.

Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Hiring
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Recruiting
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus
