Supportive, Mission-Driven Culture – Be part of a school community dedicated to student success and teacher well-being.What You’ll DoAs School Social Worker Supervisor, you will:Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Whitney Hall School Social Workers and clinical internsServe as the clinical liaison with PRTF programs and participate in evaluations, treatment team meetings, case reviews, and PPT meetingsSupport referral, screening, and intake coordination in collaboration with school administrationOversee implementation of social-emotional learning (SEL) curriculum and trauma-informed practicesLead case consultation meetings and professional development for social work staffSupport treatment planning, crisis intervention, and risk assessment as neededEnsure documentation and service delivery meet agency and regulatory standardsCarry a limited caseload when needed to maintain continuity of servicesCollaborate with families, school districts, and outside agencies to coordinate careSupport continuous quality improvement and data-informed program developmentPerform other duties as assigned to support program success.What We’re Looking ForHolds Connecticut License Master of Social Work (LMSW) with appropriate school or clinical experience; LCSW strongly preferredMust hold Social Worker Certification (#071) with the Connecticut Department of EducationExperience supervising or mentoring staff preferredKnowledge of trauma-informed care and child/adolescent developmentStrong documentation, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to collaborate within a multidisciplinary treatment teamPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to perform light to moderate lifting, standing, walking, bending, and other physical tasks as neededPotential exposure to bodily fluids and other environmental hazards in a school-based settingJoin Our TeamIf you are passionate about supporting students while leading a team of clinicians in a therapeutic school setting, we encourage you to apply today and help support brighter futures at Whitney Hall School.????
