We are currently looking for a Full Time Road To Work Transportation Specialist to join our Transportation Services Route Team team located at the Chickasaw Nation Transportation Services .
Summary:
To operate a shuttle bus in transporting people to and from employment destinations within the Chickasaw Nation, and to perform other related work as required.
Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Maintains schedule to establish time and mileage as best possible
* Properly cares for vehicle and it's component parts as prescribed by the company to maximize wear and to extend its useful life
* Inspects each vehicle weekly using the correct procedure and completes the trip inspection form, check safety equipment
* Keeps vehicle clean and orderly with daily cleaning after each trip as well as checks for lost items
* Ensures safe transportation of all riders
* Must be able to comply with all contractual obligations as well as all local, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the operation of the vehicle
* Check the vehicle at the conclusion of each run to ensure that everyone is off the vehicle
* Performs all other duties as assigned
