What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surveillance Officer position at the Chickasaw Nation?
We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Surveillance Officer to join our Washita Gaming Surveillance Team team located at the Washita Casino working .
Summary:
Ensures the safety of tribal assets through constant observation of all assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made

- Prepares incident reports to establish video evidence and perform frequent audits to protect the Chickasaw Nation’s employees and assets
- Updates and reviews current list of barred and banned individuals ensuring strict compliance
- Operates a closed-circuit television system to monitor gaming and money-handling activity to ensure proper procedures are followed
