Seeking a refined chef to lead the fine dining outlet and IRD at a luxury hotel.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef
Fluency in Spanish
Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining, or high-end restaurant
Responsibilities
Lead the daily kitchen operation for the restaurant, ensuring consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
Develop menus and standardized recipes that translate the restaurant's concept, with seasonal and local focus, while managing food cost, labor, purchasing, and waste
Recruit, train, and develop the culinary team while enforcing food safety, sanitation, and allergen standards (including participation in pre-opening activities)
Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
