An upscale, high-volume restaurant is seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a strong background in sushi and Asian-inspired cuisine to lead its culinary operations.
 
Requirements:
  • Asian Cuisine / Wok experience
  • Sushi Experience
  • High Volume - $11M in sales
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day to day operations in a busy restaurant
  • Hire, Train and lead a large team size
  • Ideal candidate enjoys cleanliness and can hold the team accountable

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
