- Prepare mise-en-place before each service
- Support the hot kitchen with cooking and presenting breakfast dishes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow recipes, plating, and quality standards consistently
- Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment
- Bring basic knife skills and strong attention to detail
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a culinary environment
