- Proven leadership in high-volume, multi-outlet food & beverage operations
- Experience in upscale/luxury boutique hospitality with diverse dining concepts (restaurants, bars, events)
- Strong leadership presence with a focus on team development, culture, and service excellence
- Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available)
- Ability to oversee large teams (80 staff) and manage full P&L accountability
- Hands-on leader able to drive revenue, control costs, and elevate guest experience across multiple concepts
