The Cedars is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead a Long-Term Care (LTC) neighborhood and nursing team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced LTC or skilled nursing RN leader who is passionate about clinical quality, staff development, and resident-centered care.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily nursing operations for a Long-Term Care neighborhood
- Supervise and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff
- Ensure high-quality, safe, resident-centered care
- Monitor clinical outcomes and lead quality improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with Maine state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with providers, rehabilitation, care coordination, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and staff development
- Support residents and families
- Participate in the on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
- Active Maine RN license required
- 3 years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care
- Leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, Nurse Manager, or similar role
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care
Preferred: BSN and prior Nurse Manager or supervisory experience in long-term care
