Base Pay: $19.00–$24.64/hour, based on experience and credentials
Additional Differentials:
- Evening: $3.00/hour
- Overnight: $5.00/hour
- Weekend: $3.00/hour

The Cedars is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA) and Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to provide person-centered care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to Maine regulations and community policies (CRMA)
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other ADLs
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care and emotional support
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Support daily routines, activities, and resident engagement
- Follow individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with residents, families, and care team members
- Promote a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Maine 40-Hour CRMA Certification required for CRMA applicants
- 1 year of assisted living, direct care, healthcare, senior care, or long-term care experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends
Preferred: PSS Certification and/or memory care or dementia care experience
