Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team and ensure that the Venue is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including surface cleaning, floor care, bathrooms, and outdoor maintenance, to create a safe, welcoming environment for our clients. Your attention to detail, time management skills, and commitment to quality will contribute significantly to client satisfaction and the overall success of our cleaning services.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties inside the Venue, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain a pristine environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively, ensuring all surfaces, floors, and fixtures meet health standards.
- Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners with proficiency and safety awareness.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by sweeping patios, cleaning windows, and managing waste disposal as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles with knowledge of janitorial procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper usage techniques for various surfaces.
- Strong understanding of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Effective client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
