Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Will include both front of building and back of building areas.
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Assist with custodial duties related to industrial or commercial cleaning projects as needed.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment.
- Use proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, residential, or industrial settings is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
