Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, polishing, buffing, and applying protective coatings to extend flooring life
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and deep cleaning high-touch areas regularly
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and scheduling support
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles with a focus on quality results
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and sanitation standards across various environments
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry operations and hotel housekeeping procedures is a plus
