As an Internet Consultant, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina. You’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in store.
We’re looking for a great listener with an outgoing, guest-service approach to daily responsibilities; someone who exhibits empathy and also enjoys competition. We encourage all candidates with previous dealership Sales success to take advantage of our free, industry leading sales training program.
Schedule: Must be able to work weekends, opening, and closing shifts.

What You’ll Do
- Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
- Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
- Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
- Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
- Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
- Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day
- Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- Automotive Sales experience required
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
- Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
- A professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
