As our Office Admin, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Collision Center, Irvine. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves Honda experience!

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations: phone, email, appointment scheduling, customer intake/vehicle check-in, and check-out.
- Liaise with insurance adjusters, claims representatives, and tow companies.
- Handle customer communications, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Process invoices, payments, deposits, and basic bookkeeping (accounts receivable/payable).
- Maintain accurate customer information, manage shop management software (e.g., CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar).
- Order office supplies and post vendor invoices.
- Train and supervise front-office staff; enforce office policies and safety/cleanliness standards.
- 3 years office/administrative experience; preferred 1–2 years in an auto body or collision center.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and shop management software preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer-service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
- Basic bookkeeping/accounting skills; experience with CCC & Dealerbuilt a plus.
