Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid- week.

As our Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in North Richland Hills You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
- Advising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate
- Preparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines
- Collaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history
- Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
- Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
- Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
- Process monetary transactions
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
