Job description:The Front Desk Sales Agent provides excellent customer service support to The Camp Transformation Center guests, members, and staff. This includes greeting every guest and member as they arrive at The Camp. The Front Desk Sales Agent is the “Face of the Company” and is the extraordinary, friendly staff member that clients and members love to see.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for all front desk operationsMonitor incoming inquiries and ensure proper check-in procedures are followedAssist and direct guests and membersData entry and daily inventory check/restocking.Assist Camp Director and/or Administrative Director with membership sales & enrollmentAssist in selling The Camp merchandise & supplementsResponsible for delivering The Camp service promise; contribute to running a clean, friendly, and well-maintained location, and execute the team member basics of being on time and complying with the dress codeEnsure a safe and secure locationOther duties as assignedMember Check-in/Customer Service:Greet all incoming members in a positive & friendly mannerFollow all check-in proceduresAnswer all incoming inquiries and obtain appropriate information to direct/transfer calls or take messages.Handle member service issues such as new membership enrollment, change of address, questions regarding billing and payments, etc.Record member concerns and report them to the Administrative Director/Camp DirectorCamp Cleanliness and Safety:Keep the front desk area and lobby clean, clutter free, and orderly/organizedDisinfect/sanitize high-touch areas between every classClean and organize lobby and gym areaPerform safety checks during the shift to ensure the club is secured and safeRecord equipment, facility, and janitorial issues and report to the Administrative Director/Camp DirectorOther cleaning duties as assignedAdministrative:Read and be familiar with all Camp communications policies and proceduresEnsure required forms are available, and completed and processed properlyInventory Front Desk supplies (including first aid kits) and report to Camp Director when supplies are lowData EntryInbound and outbound phone calls, including appointment scheduling, tours, and membership salesSocial media postingOther duties as assignedQualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong customer service skillsStrong communication skills both oral and writtenOrganization skillsAttention to detailMust be able to sell memberships and productsMust be BilingualBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleProfessional development assistanceReferral programSchedule:Evening shiftMorning shiftWeekends as neededExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Required) Spanish (Preferred)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)Day Shift (Required)
