Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds seamlessly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
- Assist in food service when needed, including serving food items and supporting catering or banquet events.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Skills
- Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or food service environments.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in various settings including nightclubs and fine dining establishments.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations during peak hours without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.
- Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus for supporting large events.
