- Rotating Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $19.00/hr
- Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM | $20.00/hr
- Rotating Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $20.00/hr
Job Overview:
We are currently looking for experienced, bilingual Team Leads to join our team at a Sawmill Operation Company. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and in outdoor environments, including all weather conditions.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team, helping maintain production flow, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently according to company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience
- Fully bilingual (Spanish & English) – required
- Must provide work references with resume
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Strong commitment to safety and PPE compliance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
After successfully completing a 90-day probationary period, based on attendance and performance, the employee may be considered for permanent hire with possible increase.
