The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Amenity Services Coordinator. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the planning, integration, and customer coordination of services and amenities used by building occupants.
Responsibilities:
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Evaluating amenity spaces and services, collecting requirements from owner and tenants through a structured and collaborative process, and making recommendations for improving and optimizing shared conference and meeting spaces, including audio/visual and technology solution enhancements
- Providing audio/visual, technology and concierge support for conferences, meetings, events, and forums, integrating services from across multiple providers
- Coordinating and scheduling through other representatives and/or service providers the use of building amenities and shared spaces, including but limited to multiple shared conference rooms, the hearing room, and the auditorium.
- Overseeing continual demand and capacity analysis
- Developing service descriptions, procedures, and tenant guidance
- Developing performance measures for amenity services
Required Experience & Skills
- Four years of logistics, tenant services, concierge, a/v & technology, workplace services support.
- Experience coordinating multiple organizations and time-sensitive actions.
- Strong documentation and customer service skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
