Position Summary
The Amenity Services Coordinator supports the planning and day-to-day coordination of shared amenities in a federal office building, including conference and meeting spaces, audio/visual support, and building event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Location: Washington, DC 20548 (onsite presence required)
Schedule: Core business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
Employment Type: Full-time, contingent upon contract award
Security: Selected candidate must pass a security investigation for unescorted building access; an existing federal clearance may be submitted for review in place of a new investigation
Position Summary
The Amenity Services Coordinator supports the planning and day-to-day coordination of shared amenities in a federal office building, including conference and meeting spaces, audio/visual support, and building event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate amenity spaces and services and collect requirements from building ownership and tenants
- Provide audio/visual, technology, and concierge support for conferences, meetings, and events
- Coordinate and schedule use of shared conference rooms, the hearing room, and the auditorium
- Monitor demand and capacity for shared amenity spaces on an ongoing basis
- Develop service descriptions, procedures, and tenant-facing guidance for amenity use
- Support development of performance measures for amenity services
- Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution
- 4 years of logistics, tenant services, concierge, audio/visual and technology support, or workplace services experience
- Experience coordinating multiple service providers on time-sensitive requests
- Strong documentation and customer service skills
- Working familiarity with conference room and event scheduling systems
- Ability to pass a federal security investigation for unescorted building access
