What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be on the hunt for the brightest minds, using everything from traditional sourcing to ingenious new methods like social media, AI tools, and passive candidate pouncing.
Develop and execute recruiting plans that are as unique as the positions you're filling, ensuring we snag the absolute best talent out there.
You'll specialize in recruiting for a wide range of critical roles within the Facilities Services industry. This includes leadership and managerial positions in Janitorial, Landscaping, and Maintenance, as well as exempt corporate-level roles across departments like Finance, Procurement, IT, HR/Talent Acquisition, and more.
Network like a pro, connecting with industry contacts and our own awesome employees to unearth hidden gems.
Orchestrate the full life cycle recruiting process (requisition to hire), working hand-in-hand with our Interview Scheduler and Corporate HR team.
Utilize your strong knowledge of using ATS & CRM systems as well as other technology to streamline processes and make our lives even easier.
Help us track our success, identify key recruiting metrics, and continuously refine our approach.
Lend a hand with corporate initiatives, training, and development projects!
What You Bring to the Party:
Significant experience interviewing a diverse range of candidates for salaried-level positions.
Basic analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong independent time management and multitasking ability, plus excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting of Exempt and Administrative positions.
Proficiency with Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) preferred.
Education, Experience & Travel:
BS/BA required or equivalent experience.
7 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruiting/talent acquisition/headhunting.
Approx. 30% travel and a valid Driver’s License required.
Willingness to work from our Budd Group office in Nashville, TN
