The Budd Group is now hiring for a Full Time Janitorial Floor Tech

• Pay Rate: $14.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Location: Young Harris, GA

✨ Job Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Floor Tech to join our team!

You’ll help keep our facilities clean, safe, and shining by:

• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing & buffing floors
• Using floor care machines (auto scrubber, buffer, etc.)
• Stripping & waxing floors for a polished finish
• Spray buffing, burnishing, shower-scrubbing & top-coating
• Shampooing carpets & removing stains
• Following safety & chemical handling procedures
• Keeping equipment clean and reporting repairs

✅ Requirements:

• Floor care equipment experience preferred (we’ll train the right person!)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently & follow instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass drug screening, MVR and background check
