Responsibilities:
- Work with and learn from Medical Malpractice team in the litigation process for assigned cases.
- Negotiate the best possible settlement for clients.
- Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions.
- Conduct depositions.
- Manage all aspects of trial preparation including witness preparation, evidentiary analysis and strategy development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external experts.
Qualifications:
- Civil Litigation Experience 1-3 years.
- Strong proficiency in discovery practice with proven track record.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and writing skills.
- Exceptional research and analytical writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adeptness in trial preparation.
Licensure:
- Must be currently licensed in the state of Ohio and in good standing.

Base Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000 per year depending on experience
