JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Bruce Company of WI, Inc., Middleton, WI. Daily
transportation provided from a central location to and from worksites or
employee may report directly to worksite in the following counties:
Dane, Dodge, Green, Lafayette, Iowa, Sauk, Columbia, Rock, Jefferson,
Grant, Richland, Waukesha, Milwaukee. 30 Laborer positions available.
Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2026 through 11/21/2026, 7:00
AM-6:00 PM, 50 hrs/week, Additional overtime varies, Monday-Friday,
Overtime pay after 40 hours per week, some Saturdays required, schedule
varies, start/end times vary. Workers will be paid Weekly at
\$21.04-\$23.50/hr, \$31.56-\$35.25/hr OT, Opportunity for higher pay
depending on performance/experience, raises/bonuses at employer\'s
discretion. Health benefits: available 1st of month following 60 days.
Maintain grounds of property such as mowing, trimming, weeding, edging,
mulching, and digging up trees for removal, using hand, power tools or
equipment. Restore existing landscapes; install sprinkler systems,
install small landscape rock for garden walls, digging/shoveling to
shape ponds, install pond liners and maintain water features. Load and
unload landscape material and equipment. May operate company vehicle to
worksites. Able to lift 50lbs. No experience required, will train.
Employer may make payroll deductions at employee\'s request, Employer
facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits. A
single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from
the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will
provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required
to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work
contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly;reimburse the
worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place
of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such
a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence
each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is
dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable
costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place
the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not
return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of
transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most
economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during
travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will
be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,
border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the
