Job Summary
The General Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This role supports daily field operations by assisting with physical tasks, equipment handling, and general site maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Perform general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to:
- Lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Digging, refilling holes, and basic site preparation
- Mowing, trimming, and other groundsmaintenance activities
- Operating equipment in a support or assisting capacity
- Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 years of previous experience
Work Environment

- Occasional use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., machine operation, keyboarding)
- Frequent physical effort handling objects under 30 pounds

This position operates on a daytoday schedule, depending on project needs.

- Outdoor temperatures typically range from 20°F to 50°F during the season
- Wind, mud, and wet conditions are common
- Workers must arrive mentally prepared and equipped with proper clothing and gear suitable for cold, muddy, and variable weather
