JOB REQUIREMENTS: Hallman Asphalt and Sealing LLC is seeking to fill SIX
November 1, 2026 . Worksite: 2776 Larue Field Ln, Sun Prairie, WI, 53590
and multiple sites in Sun Praire, Kenosha, Dane, Walworth, Rock, Green,
Lafayette, Grant, Iowa, Jefferson, Fond Du Lac, Dodge, Columbia, Sauk,
Green Lake, Adams, Marquette, Winnebago, Waukesha, Eau Claire,
Washington, Milwaukee, Outagamie, Brown, and La Crosse counties Job
Duties: Cleaning of residential and commercial grounds (lawns and
pavement) with use of push blower, brooms, shovel, rake, hand rollers,
and small hand tools. Application of pavement seal coat and crack fill
material with use of a spray wand. Assist with installation of edging,
erosion control, and/or plant materials at finished site. Follow safety
standards to maintain safe worksites. Requirements: No education,
training or experience required. Special Requirements: Must be 18 years
or older. Must lift/carry up to 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and
Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be able to perform physical
labor outdoors for at least 8 hours per day in all weather conditions,
including cold, heat, and rain. Schedule varies. Physically fit to
perform the job functions which include standing, squatting, bending,
lifting, and walking for long periods of time. Must possess or be able
to obtain U.S. driver\'s license. Driving record check may be required
of foreign and domestic workers, at no cost to the worker. Employer-paid
post-hire post-accident drug test required of foreign and domestic
workers. Terms and conditions of employment: \$33.22 per hour. Overtime
available at \$49.83 per hour 35 hours/week, Mon-Friday, 6:00AM-4:00PM
Employees will be paid Biweekly on Friday Raises and/or bonuses may be
offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill,
and tenure. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for
computing wages due. Workers will be provided with daily transportation
to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal,
State and local laws and regulations. On the job training available.
Other benefits provided and cost: Workers will begin each day at the
worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to
properties located throughout the area of intended employment, to
perform duties. They will then be transported back to the worksite
address at the end of each work day. The employer will make all
deductions from worker\'s paycheck required by law and no others without
written consent from worker. The employer does not envision other
workforce-wide payroll deductions. Potential elective deductions to be
pre-authorized in writing. Employer provides first set of uniforms at no
cost to workers. Additional uniforms are available for purchase by the
worker. Such purchases are optional and for the worker\'s benefit.
Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other
facilities. Optional housing available and it will not be deducted from
paycheck. This optional housing and vehicle usage is offered at
\$250/week. Transportation, Subsistence, and Fees: The employer will
reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa
processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those
mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. From the place
from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to
the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work
contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for
transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent
necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of
employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is
dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\ s reasonable
costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place
the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not
return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of
transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most
economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during
travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts. Three-fourths
guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at
least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total
