We’re looking for friendly and dependable Extraboard Ushers to help create a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable experience for guests at concerts, festivals, and special events at The Brook. In this role, you’ll assist guests with seating, directions, ticket verification, and venue information while helping maintain smooth guest flow throughout each event. From the moment guests arrive until the final curtain call, you’ll play an important role in creating a memorable experience for every visitor.

What You’ll Do

Greet guests warmly and provide helpful information about the venue and event
Check tickets and guide guests to the correct seating sections or event areas
Assist guests with locating seats, restrooms, exits, concessions, and amenities
Help manage guest flow and maintain clear aisles, walkways, and entry points
Support crowd management efforts and report guest concerns or safety issues to supervisors
Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old
Friendly, outgoing, and dependable with a positive attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain professional in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and special events
Commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable guest experience
