We’re looking for dependable Security Officers to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at The Brook. In this role, you’ll protect guests, employees, and company assets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the property. From conducting patrols and responding to incidents to assisting guests and supporting daily security operations, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who visits.
This is an Extra-Board position with primary Swing Shift coverage needs on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Candidates should be available to work weekends and flexible schedules based on business demands. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do
- Patrol the property and monitor for suspicious, unsafe, or unauthorized activity
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, company assets, and gaming operations
- Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency
- Complete reports, maintain records, and perform required computer data entry
- Conduct property inspections and identify potential safety hazards
- Escort guests to vehicles and provide transportation assistance when needed
- Assist with lost and found procedures and maintain proper documentation
- Transport drop boxes and support count room security processes
- Monitor compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and departmental procedures
- Work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to teamwork and hospitality
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality-minded professional with a strong commitment to guest service and safety
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive during challenging situations
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Previous security, casino, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment
- Flexible availability to work Swing Shifts, particularly Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, including nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Must be 21 years of age or older
