We're looking for dependable Dishwashers/Heavy Duty Cleaners to help keep our kitchen operations running smoothly at The Brook. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment by ensuring dishes, equipment, and kitchen workspaces are always ready for service.

What You'll Do
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen and dish areas
- Sweep, mop, remove trash, and assist with deep-cleaning projects
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies for kitchen operations
- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks and transportation of items as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safe cleaning and sanitation practices preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout shifts
- Reliable attendance and flexible availability
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Full availability preferred throughout the week
- Ability to work a variety of shifts as business needs require
