Dual Locations: Gaylord, MI (24 hours/week) & Boyne City, MI (16 hours/week)
Schedule:
- Full Time
- 24 hours/week at The Brook of Gaylord
- 16 hours/week at The Brook of Boyne City
- Some On‑call

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, positive service to residents, visitors, and staff
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including plumbing, heating, carpentry, and groundskeeping
- Assist with general building upkeep and safety
- Work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
