What you'll handle
- Proactively inspect buildings and equipment to surface maintenance needs before they escalate.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Service and repair machinery, hand and power tools, and related equipment for peak reliability.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from team members and leadership.
- Complete all work to applicable safety codes, regulations, and internal standards.
- Maintain clear, accurate logs of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist with room setups, event configurations, and project build-outs.
- Collaborate with peers to refine maintenance workflows and best practices.
What you bring
- Hands-on maintenance experience (or closely related background) preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair methods.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and efficient problem resolution.
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and perform manual tasks safely.
- Willingness to work varied shifts or overtime based on operational needs.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on assignments.
