The Messaging Administrator will provide production support and platform administration across enterprise messaging technologies, with primary ownership of IBM MQ environments. This role ensures high availability, operational stability, and performance optimization for distributed messaging platforms supporting mission-critical business systems. The position also contributes to Kafka, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and TIBCO middleware support within a 24x7 enterprise operations environment.
Requirements:
- 5 years of IBM MQ administration experience.
- Confluent Kafka platform support experience.
- TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) administration experience.
- Administer IBM MQ environments across Linux and Windows enterprise platforms.
- Support Confluent Kafka clusters in production environments.
- Maintain IBM Integration Bus (IIB) integrations and messaging workflows.
- Troubleshoot distributed messaging incidents across IBM MQ, Kafka, and TIBCO platforms.
- Execute monitoring, performance tuning, and operational health checks for messaging infrastructure.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call production support rotations.
