Compensation: $120k-150k base salary
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite 5 days/week)
Overview: Join a mission-critical program supporting secure, high-impact federal systems. This role focuses on leading front-end development, designing intuitive user experiences, and building scalable UI solutions within a cloud-based, Agile environment.
Requirements:
- 10 years of software development experience (Object-Oriented languages like: JavaScript, Node.js, or similar)
- 5 years of front-end development experience
- 3 years experience in cloud environments (AWS or similar)
- 3 years leading or mentoring development teams/projects
- Lead front-end design and development of user-facing applications
- Create wireframes, mockups, and UI components aligned to user needs
- Build and optimize responsive, high-performance interfaces
- Improve usability, navigation, and overall user experience
- Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Support Agile delivery (planning, development, testing, and release cycles)
- 5 years working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Experience integrating into DoW DevSecOps environments.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing UX design tool suites (e.g., Sketch, InVision).
