Brittenum Mortgage is the mortgage partner of Brittenum Residential in Springdale, Arkansas, providing homebuyers a seamless purchase financing experience for new construction homes. We are seeking a motivated, licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to join our growing team and help clients secure purchase financing for their new home.

Key Responsibilities
- Originate residential purchase loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA Rural Development programs
- Guide new home buyers through the loan process from initial consultation and application through closing
- Collect, review, and submit complete loan files to processing in a timely manner
- Partner closely with the sales team to deliver a smooth, integrated home buying experience
- Manage active pipeline and provide consistent communication to buyers and the Brittenum Residential team
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state lending regulations including RESPA, TRID, and ECOA
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with Realtors and community partners
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly production and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license — required
- Active Arkansas state mortgage license, or ability to obtain prior to start date — required
- 1–2 years of residential mortgage origination experience
- Working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and/or USDA Rural Development guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with mortgage point-of-sale (POS) and loan origination software (LOS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a builder-affiliated or captive mortgage program
- Established referral network in the Northwest Arkansas market
- Familiarity with Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter (DU) or Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor (LPA)
- Experience with Encompass LOS by ICE Mortgage Technology
