Who They Are

Our client is a leading contractor services provider for builders and developers throughout the Southeast, specializing in siding installation and related exterior services for some of the nation’s largest homebuilders.

They currently have an established presence in the greater Atlanta market and are expanding into Chattanooga and the surrounding Southeast Tennessee and northern Georgia. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build, grow, and lead a new market for a high-growth company.

What You’ll Do

Field Execution

• Manage siding installation across assigned communities throughout the Chattanooga market.
• Ensure subcontractor crews have the correct materials, plans, and scope information before each job begins.
• Review plans and job details with crews and builder representatives to ensure accurate installation.
• Conduct job-site quality checks and maintain company safety standards across active projects.
• Communicate proactively with builder scheduling contacts regarding start dates, job progress, and potential issues.
• Manage job-level profitability by monitoring material waste, labor costs, and billing accuracy.
• Partner with estimating, scheduling, and finance teams to ensure accurate job setup, pricing, and invoicing.

Business Development

• Develop relationships with residential builders throughout Chattanooga, Southeast Tennessee and norther Georgia to grow the company’s customer base and market share.
• Leverage the company’s existing builder relationships and reputation in Atlanta to establish credibility and open doors in the Chattanooga market.
• Serve as the company’s local representative and help establish a strong presence throughout the region.

Crew & Labor Development

• Recruit, evaluate, and onboard qualified local siding subcontractor crews to develop a reliable labor network.
• Coordinate with Atlanta-based crews during the initial market launch while building the local subcontractor base.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, productivity, and crew performance across all job sites.

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license — required; company vehicle provided.
• Experience in residential construction, field operations, sales, or a closely related industry.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and drive results independently with minimal oversight.
• Business development or sales experience with the ability to develop new customer relationships from the ground up.
• Strong personal accountability with a proactive, problem-solving approach in the field.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Builder trend, and mobile communication tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Construction industry experience preferred, but the company is open to the right candidate with transferable experience.
